Not quite finished... but just about useable (if you accept there's
no passwords yet), and being worked on. Session stuff is largely done?
The remaining tasks are implementing the CHAP authentication system
(difficult parts of which are already supplied by PAJ's Javascript
MD5 library) and working out finer details of logging people out and
what to do about certain hack attempts (against which it is protected).
