Neologue.co.uk: The pages that style forgot
... or should that be the styles that pages forgot? Probably yes.
This page is for now going to be an attic to dump styles I've tried out
and might want to look at again in case I decide I like them after all.
Or something.
I might repurpose it for something similar later, eg, some new styles
to try out that I've not put elsewhere before. You get the idea.
Or I may just forget about it but leave it here for you to laugh and cringe
at my poor taste.
- Front Page, original orange+yellow style:
The first style I put up, well ok not quite the first, but the first that
lasted more than 5 seconds before being tweaked. Before this, my front page
was plain unstyled white, and looked very cheap. After this, it looked
yellow and orange and very cheap!
- Front Page, accidental teal+grey style:
Found by accident when aiming for something else. Recorded for posterity
whether I go with what I meant or not.
- Front Page, "aqua-plastic"+grey
style:Again, found by
accident whilst aiming for a later theme. I quite liked it, but it seems
to look different every time I look o_O
- Front Page, medium green+grey
style:Last one found whilst I was
aiming for the subsequent style. Not quite such a pleasant find
but hey.
- Front Page, deep murky green, grey,
and highlights style:Roughly what I'd been aiming for
with the previous 3, but was rather disappointing.
Certain people complain about my use of horizontal rules in my HTML.
BUT I LIKE THEM! Haha, here is another! MUAHAHAHAHAAA! Ahem.
